Narration To Books Immortal Fire (Red Winter Trilogy #3)

Once, Emi believed the heavenly gods were righteous and wise, while the earthly yokai spirits were bloodthirsty and evil. But with a traitorous deity poised to destroy her world, and the yokai standing as humanity's only defense, the lies of her upbringing have toppled to reveal a far more terrifying reality.

Despite the looming threat, Emi can't escape her greatest distraction: Shiro, the fox yokai who has so deftly claimed her heart for his own. Soon—too soon—she will have to break the curse that binds his magic and memories. And once the ancient power inside him awakens, the yokai she loves will be changed forever.

As the earthly gods gather to wage war against the heavens, Emi and Shiro must gamble everything to turn the tide against their immortal, all-powerful foes. Together, they will find a way to save her world—even if it means losing each other.

I've been reading this series with a bated breath for almost a week and now that I've finished it, I do not know what to do next anymore. I have to get my bearings before I got to write my review because I'm feeling of a lot of emotions and I was not ready to accept that this series have ended. Can I have an epilogue of the epilogue? Because that's what I need right now. I want to know more, I want to read more, I want to stay within their world for much longer. It's a roller coaster of FEELS -

Immortal Fire was a book I was greedily anticipating and also dreading because I didn't want to see this series come to an end. Even though I am sad to see this series end, I thought the author did a great job wrapping up this story. Immortal Fire had a wonderful balance of romance, action, tension, and world building. This book was a book that sucked me in and didn't let me go until long after it ended. Throughout this series, I really grew to like the main character, Emi. Emi developed into

I just received an email from Goodreads with the title: You finished Immortal Fire (Red Winter Trilogy, #3). Whats next? ... Whats next?! Whats next is that I will slip quietly into the world beyond because I am emotionally spent and I dont even know how to live anymore. I am going to need therapy after this. THE FEELS ARE REAL. I admit that before I even started this series, I snickered a bit at all of these over-the-top Im dead reviews. It is rare for me to experience external displays of

It is over and I do not want to be over! This last book in the Red Winter Trilogy was full of excitement and tears. I am now finished with this trilogy and part of me want more, especially of Shiro. The characters and their development was brilliant and I love all of them even the villain Izanami was likable and I loved that the author explained her reasons behind her actions. I liked the description of the nature scenes but also the battle scenes. Loved how the characters matured along the way

Oh my god, it hurts too much
