Chasing Moonlight is a well written standalone novel in the Again for the First Time Family Saga series. Its more than a love story; its a period piece that deals with morals; its a story about segeration and human rights. Raven St. Pierre did an excellent job developing characters mindset and actions during the timeframe. I loved everything about this story. I've already re-read this. Wow, this is what I am talking about... I could read tons and tons of book like... It was sooo good and if I could truly rated it, it would be a 10This was one of the best book that I read... I read it in one day literally still not sleepy and more wired than ever... Wow, now that it is done, I wish I did not read it so fast... This is truly a 10 and beyond star... Wow truly amazing... I am speechless... It will make rethink if you are with your true love or not...

This book is excellent. It's not your typical story from this time period. You will fall in love with Quinn and Jesse!! Be prepared to hold your breath, shed some tears and root for true love.... Raven did a great job on this book!!

Chasing Moonlight takes you on an emotional journey that grips you from beginning to end. Quinn and Jesse's story is not an easy read because of some sensitive issues, but a very enjoyable one none the less. The author made it so easy for you to love these characters because she did a wonderful job of telling their story. You feel their pain, their joy, and most definitely their love. This fated love story had me crying, screaming, and in the end celebrating their happy ever after. I give it 5

This book is so much more than a love story. Chasing Moonlight will make you uncomfortable and angry about the way things used to be, grateful for how far we have come but also well aware of how much further we still have to go. Jesse and Quinn's characters are so realistic and their story is very sensitive to the time period in which it takes place.
