Inferno (SKALS #4)
No matter which path Sebastian chooses, he stands to lose everything he’s ever loved. Taylor is in more danger than ever, and with other government agencies closing in, he quickly discovers there is nowhere to run—nowhere to turn.
Resolve will crumble. Alliances will shift, and SKALS will be torn apart from the inside out. Their life is in violent upheaval, but there is no looking back. No second chances. In order to save himself and the woman he loves, Sebastian might have to take a final stance against Marx and the brutal organization he leads, but taking the man down won’t be easy.
As the drums of war beat louder, only time will tell who, and what, will remain standing in the end.
“Welcome to SKALS, cupcake. I suggest you strap yourself in. You’ve just entered the ninth circle of hell.” ~ Agent Josh Reevers - Edge of Obsession
Inferno just hurts so good. I'm trying to put into words how I feel about this book and that's the best I can come up with. "He was both heaven and hell, the beginning and the end, but nothing was more beautifully broken than this man and the fragile bond they shared." Before I get started with my ramblings,... which I think is all I can get out right now,... I need to put out there that this book is most definitely not for the faint of heart. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from
4 Stars! This is the last book in the SKALS series and I'd say it was also by far the BEST book among all. I'm happy to inform that the "routine punishing scene" between Sebastian and Taylor was drastically cut off. Yey!As much as I enjoyed this book, it kinda fell short to my taste since I was really looking forward to how the project blue would take place and how Sebastian would bring Marx down. However, I was a disappointed because all the action only took place at the last 20% of this book,

**** spoilerish ****Not sure why I stuck with this series, guess I was invested enough that I wanted to see how it ended. Even though the hero was in law-enforcement, I still consider him an anti-hero. No problem, I love a good bad ass antihero, but he didnt even seem that bad ass, more just out of control, unhinged. The heroine was boring, but didnt deserve being tortured. The protagonist was just over the top, out of control, too. Just too much violence and threatening violence for violences
Inferno....wow...wtf did I just read! I'm almost unsure how to review it. Ok. Deep breath. Inferno is a compelling end to the SKALS series. It's dark. It's gritty. It makes one want to cry at the angst the hero and heroine endure. And I absolutely hated, despised and winced at the torture the heroine endured...whhhhhyyy?? It gutted me. Thank goodness I was hooked on this series and had to read the hero get his hea or I would have avoided the deep darkness that is Inferno. The only part of Inferno
WOW! I can't explain how I feel right now, the way I feel is sort of bittersweet. I have lived and breathed this series for almost 2 years, I remember the day I decided to read Sinister Kisses by Adriana Noir. I remember reading Erotic Psychological Thriller and thinking: "Yes! That's exactly what I'm looking for" And every time I've finished reading each book in the series, I'm always left feeling like Adriana must have cracked open my skull and found my list of "Everything I want in a book"
OMG. I can't wait! I need this book! I DESPERATELY want to get lost in the world of Skals. I'm going through Sebastian withdrawals.

If he rebels, Marx will kill him and go after everyone he loves, including Taylor and their unborn child. But the burden of guilt rests heavy. And with the most PERFECT ending! Love it!!!To think I had to wait for Amazon to release Sebby! But it was well worth the wait! This has been one of my most awaited series since it got me obsessed with Sebby from the beginning of the series. He is Sebby when he is all good and sweet and hot and heated.... and SebastianInferno just hurts so good.
